Refund policy

Red, White, & Steel (“RWS”) is a small shop in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This refund policy applies to orders placed on this store.

In-stock magnets. Unused, uninstalled magnets in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. The buyer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the piece arrived damaged. Contact us before you ship anything back.

Custom magnets. Custom work is made to your approved proof. Custom magnets are not returnable or refundable unless we made an error (wrong size, art that does not match the approved proof, or a manufacturing defect). If we made the error, we will remake the piece or refund it, at our option.

How to start a return. Email jerry@redwhiteandsteel.biz or call 719-599-5288 with your order number and photos if the item is damaged. We will reply with next steps.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Shipping charges are not refunded except when the return is due to our error.
