Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Red, White, & Steel, a small shop in Colorado Springs, Colorado. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products. We sell decorative magnets for automobiles and other metal surfaces. Colors and finish can vary slightly from photos. Magnets are not structural parts and are not a substitute for vehicle markings required by law.

Custom work. You are responsible for having the right to use any artwork, logos, names, or text you send us. Custom magnets are produced after you approve a proof and generally ship 7–10 business days after that approval. Custom pieces are made to order; see our Refund Policy for return limits.

Orders and payment. We charge the payment method you provide at checkout. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfill and refund the purchase.

Limitation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RWS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
